Custom home building is a process, and our tried and tested method allows us to create the ideal home with the ability to adapt to changes when needed throughout the design and building process. We are with you every step of the way, and no matter if this is your first custom home or you are a seasoned vet, our process makes it simple to build your dream home with us.

The first step of our process is the initial lead. You can call or email us with our easy-to-fill-out form, and one of our experienced staff members will reach out to you as soon as possible to set up an initial meeting to discuss your needs.
Initial Meeting
Your initial meeting is a chance to get to know us and allows us to understand what you are looking for in terms of your home. We will ask a lot of probing questions to get an idea of what you want, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have about our process and our custom home builds.
Design Meeting
Next, we will touch base on some of the specifics you are looking for in your home regarding designs. This will include interior and exterior design and we will go into depth about specifics on everything from countertops to shingles.
Proposal
Our next step is arguably one of the most important: the proposal. We provide our perspective clients with in-depth proposals that will give you the cost, time, and milestones you should expect during the build process.
Permits
If you accept the proposal, we will start the work to get all the state and local permits in order. Our team has worked in your region and knows the process to ensure that we are not going to have to deal with costly delays due to red tape.
Build
Then, we get to the building. Our project managers will provide you with regular updates on the process and will work through various milestones as we lay down the foundation, erect the walls and roof, and finish the inside of the home
Turning Over the Keys
Finally, we turn over the keys after a walkthrough of the home and a quick inspection by either the county or via a third party to ensure that your home is ready to live in.
